Development of a spatial budget allocation module for urban growth probability maps

Description: The project consists of developing a small software module that, given a spatial probability map of future urbanization and a total growth budget, allocates the budget across space according to simple spatial criteria such as local density, contiguity, or morphological coherence. The work is application-oriented and aims at testing practical allocation strategies on geospatial raster data.
