Descrizione (max 500 caratteri)

A heat wave can be triggered by a combination of meteorological, biophysical, and physiological factors that vary across different geographic contexts. These events can be considered climate-related disasters, as they frequently result in fatalities. Due to current global warming trends, the importance of this issue has grown significantly. This project focuses on the Lombardy region, aiming to analyze heat wave events using existing indices developed by the scientific community, while also exploring new methodologies to enhance the understanding of the phenomenon.
