Project description: The project requires to develop for the user a set of tools for analyzing the distribution in space and time of active fire points with functionalities such as: spatial subset over a Region Of Interest (ROI) of user defined area of interest, select a time range (start date – end date), aggregate fire counts over user defined units (grid, polygons), plot histograms, plot maps. The tools can be integrated with a user interface.
