This project aims at creating a QGIS plugin for importing and analysing CAMS (Copernicus Atmosphere Monitoring Service) data. The plugin will be able to let the user select the query parameters for the retrieval of the images (date, AOI, type of pollutant etc.), download the images, display them in QGIS and compute some statistics on the obtained data. This plugin will make the vast archive of CAMS air pollution data more accessible for QGIS users, as well as provide a first analysis tool.
